1. ELIGIBILITY

Chaago’s 2007 Holiday Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Big Deal Corporation (“Sponsor”). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate family or household of any such employees, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.

2. HOW TO ENTER

The Sweepstakes begins on November 28, 2007 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on February 28, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. PST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and that the decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. There are two ways to enter. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Online Entry: To enter, access www.chaago.com (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Each entrant will be required to register to receive “Chaago’s Top 8 Deals” and to supply his or her full name, zip code, a valid email address, and any other requested information. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). Entrants may not enter with multiple email and/or multiple identities, nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to obtain more than one entry. Any entrant who attempts to participate with multiple email and/or multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to obtain more than the maximum number of entries may be disqualified. Mail-In Entry: To enter by mail, hand print your name, address, telephone number, and email address (if any) on a 3”x5” card and mail the card, with proper postage affixed, in a #10 envelope addressed to Chaago, 12819 SE 38th Street, #101, Bellevue, WA 98006, att’n: 2007 Holiday Giveaway. Limit one entry per envelope. Mailed entries must be postmarked by February 28, 2008 and received by March 4, 2008.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS

A total of six (6) potential winners will be selected in five separate drawings conducted by Sponsor. One (1) potential winner will be selected in each of four (4) random drawings from among all eligible entries received as of 8:00 p.m. PST on December 24, 2007 (“Drawing #1”), January 8, 2008 (“Drawing #2”), January 18, 2008 (“Drawing #3”) and January 28, 2008 (“Drawing #4”), respectively. Drawing #1, Drawing #2, Drawing #3 and Drawing #4 will each take place approximately seven (7) days after the dates specified in the preceding sentence. Two (2) potential winners (a Grand Prize winner and a First Prize winner) will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 6, 2008 (“Drawing #5”) from among all eligible online entries received as of the close of the Sweepstakes Period and all eligible mail-in entries postmarked by February 28, 2008 and received by March 4, 2008. Limit one prize per person. Winners selected in any drawing will not be included in any subsequent drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to each drawing.

4. PRIZES

Potential winners are subject to verification and prize awards are contingent on full compliance by the potential winner with these Official Rules. The prize awarded in connection with Drawing #1 will consist of one (1) Nintendo Wii Console* and one (1) Wii Sports game (approximate retail value [“ARV”] of $249). The prize awarded in connection with Drawing #2 will consist of one (1) Apple iPod Nano* (ARV of $150). The prize awarded in connection with Drawing #3 will consist of one (1) Apple iPod Nano (ARV of $150). The prize awarded in connection with Drawing #4 will consist of one (1) Nintendo Wii Console and one (1) Wii Sports game (ARV of $249). The Grand Prize awarded in connection with Drawing #5 will be winner will consist of one (1) Nintendo Wii Console and one (1) Wii Sports game (ARV of $249) and the First Prize awarded in connection with Drawing #6 will consist of one (1) Apple iPod Nano (ARV of $150). Total ARV of all prizes is $1197. No substitution, cash redemption, or assignment or transfer of right to receive prize is permitted, except in Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability or for any other reason. Prizes consist only of items expressly specified in these Official Rules. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of any prize or any component thereof that are not expressly listed in these Official Rules are the responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, local taxes on prize value, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued in the name of the winner(s) if required by law. Prizes will be awarded if properly claimed.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by e-mail, mail, express delivery or telephone, in Sponsor’s discretion. If a potential winner cannot be reached within forty-eight (48) hours of initial notification attempt and/or does not respond to such notification within forty-eight (48) hours, he or she may be disqualified and the prize awarded to an alternate winner. Potential winners must complete and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release and return such documentation to Sponsor so as to be received by Sponsor within seven days of receipt by the potential winner. If potential winner is a minor under the laws of his or her jurisdiction of residency, prize may be awarded to the potential winner’s parent or legal guardian, who must complete all required documentation. If potential winner or parent/ guardian, as applicable, fails to timely complete, execute and return any required documentation, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if Winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules or is otherwise ineligible, potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, entrant fraud or misconduct, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes in Sponsor’s determination. In such event, a notice will be posted on-line and a random drawing to award the prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. Entry times will be determined using Sponsor’s computer, which will be the official clock for the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in or the conduct of the sweepstakes or the use of any prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this sweepstakes or the use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and licensees to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Proof of entry submission will not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. Information submitted is governed by the Website’s privacy policy as it may be amended from time to time.

8. ARBITRATION AND DISPUTES

As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and any and all claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, any prizes awarded, or the determination of the winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association then effective. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or your rights and obligations or Sponsor’s rights and obligations in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and all proceedings shall take place in that State in the City of Seattle, County of King.
